FULLPRO PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated February 13, 2006

We at FullPro value our privacy, and we know that our customers and visitors value their privacy, too. We will protect your privacy as we would want ours to be protected. Not only is doing so the right thing to do, it is also essential to earning and keeping your trust.

This text describes the types of information FullPro gathers from its customers on www.fullpro.com and how that information is used. Please read this policy carefully before you provide us with any personal information. If you have questions about this policy, please contact us.

Information we collect

When you make a purchase from us, we collect your contact and payment information so that we can complete the transaction and fulfill your order. We also log the IP address of the computer used to make the transaction, so that those who make fraudulent purchases can more easily be hunted down.

We occasionally log IP addresses of visitors in order to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our Web site and track usage statistics. Your IP address may vary each time you visit, or it may be the same, depending on whether you access our site through an always-on type of Internet connection (e.g., cable modem or DSL), or through a dial-up connection (e.g., AOL or Earthlink). Either way, it would be extremely difficult for us to identify you through your IP address, and we make no attempt to do so (except in the aforementioned case of fraud). If you reached our site by clicking on a link or advertisement on another site, then we also log that information. This helps us maximize our Internet exposure, and understand our users' interests. All of this information is collected and used only in the aggregate; that is, it is entered into our database, where we can use it to generate overall reports on our visitors, but not individual reports that identify you personally.

As you browse fullpro.com, cookies may be placed on your computer's hard drive. (Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your hard drive.) Cookies allow us to track the items you select, and help us match your address and other information with your order so you don't need to retype the information each time you visit our site.

If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you may not be able to use FullPro's website to place or track orders.

We also use cookies to gather usage information, such as the number and frequency of visitors to our site and its various pages. Third parties may serve some of these cookies. We analyze this data to determine which parts of our site customers like and which parts need improvement. Automatically logged information is also used to analyze trends and to administer the site.

We may use Web beacons on our site or other sites and may permit third parties to place them on our site to monitor the effectiveness of advertising or for other legitimate purposes. A Web beacon, also known as a "Web bug," is a small, graphic image on a Web page, Web-based document or in an e-mail message that is designed to allow the site owner or a third party to monitor who is visiting a site. Web beacons are often invisible to the user because they are typically very small (only 1-by-1 pixel) and the same color as the background of the Web page, document or e-mail message. Web beacons are represented as HTML IMG tags in the Web page; users can click on "view profiles" of the Web page to see whether the page is using a Web beacon. Web beacons collect the IP address of the computer that the Web beacon is sent to, the URL of the page the Web beacon comes from and the time it was viewed. Web beacons can also be linked to personal information. For example, advertising networks use Web bugs to add information to a personal profile of what sites a person is visiting and to determine what banner ads to display based on the profile. Another use of Web bugs is to provide an independent accounting of how many people have visited a particular Web site. Web bugs are also used to gather statistics about Web browser usage at different places on the Internet.

We use the information we collect to:
- communicate with you about the details of your purchase orders

We reserve the right to use in any manner and disclose any non-personal information that we collect including cookie and traffic data. We do not combine personal information with any of the non-personal information gathered on our site.

We may release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order); to enforce or apply our policies; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect our rights or property, or to protect our user from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of, our site or services; or if we reasonably believe that an emergency involving immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of communications or justifies disclosure of records without delay.

We occasionally use other companies, agents or contractors to perform services necessary to our operations. For example, we have partnered with other companies to personalize our Web pages, process credit card transactions, analyze customers' interaction with our site and process consumer surveys. We also provide postal addresses to Fed-Ex and UPS for delivery purposes, and order details to our fulfillment warehouse. Such third parties may be supplied with or have access to your personal information solely to provide services to us or on our behalf. We do our best to ensure that these companies will treat your information in accordance with this Policy, but we will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies.

Information about our users and the site is a business asset of FullPro. Therefore, information about our users, including personal information, will be disclosed as part of any merger or acquisition, creation of a separate business to provide the site, our services or fulfill products, sale or pledge of company assets as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company.

Information provided by visitors or customers who are 13 years of age or over may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by FullPro and our affiliates. To keep you in control of your personal information and the communications directed to you, we allow you to opt-out of the following services: receiving communications from FullPro about new products or services, and receiving communications about offers from third-party companies that offer a product or service that we think would be of value to you. If you object to such use for any reason, you may opt-out of such use by email request to privacy@fullpro.com.

Security and Technology

We have implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal guidelines, to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use. We use commercially reasonable security measures (such as encryption/SSL for credit card information) to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

However, we cannot guarantee the protection of information against interception, misappropriation, misuse, or alteration or that your information may be not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others. While we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
